BinMaster has introduced a variety of vibrating rods with Class I approvals. The units are said to be simple to set up, resist buildup, and require minimal maintenance. Housings are available in plastic, aluminum, and cast or electropolished stainless steel.

The BinMaster devices feature IP67/IP67 protection ratings, operate at temperatures up to 250°C, and are available as extended units.

The model VR-90 features a round, stainless steel rod that resists buildup. It is used for point level indication in granular and coarse-grained bulk solids in bins, tanks, silos, and hoppers.

The VF-95 is for universal use in powders and fine-grained bulk solids. The rugged stainless steel fork resists bending, buildup, and requires no maintenance.
